What to do before your eyelash appointment

• Makeup: Please avoid wearing makeup around your eyes for at least 12 hrs. or any oily products before your appointment. This can cause retention issues.
• Caffeine: Refrain from drinking caffeine before your appointment. This can cause your eyes to be jittery or you to feel anxious.
• Contacts: Please remove contact lens before the appointment. Your contacts may have a reaction to products I used during the appointment so please wear glasses.

Relax! Be prepared to relax! Wear something comfortable and cozy! You might even get a little lash nap!

Payments

Forms of payment accepted: CashApp, Venmo, Debit/Credit cards, and exact amount of cash.

Guests

Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. This is your time to relax, so enjoy!

Arrival Times

Please arrive to your appointment on time. I want to ensure that I am providing you with the best Luxury service that I can. You will have a 10-minute grace period. At 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. This can result in a late charge for the service you booked. The card on file may be charged.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please cancel/reschedule within 48 hrs. of your appointment start time. If you have to reschedule or cancel without providing 24 hr. notice there will be a $30 service fee.

No Call No Show

No call, no-show will result in a $50 service fee. This fee will need to be paid before rebooking.
